Series consists of questionnaires sent by the Archivist of Ontario to Deputy Ministers of the Government of Ontario, municipal officials, judges and clerks of the peace to obtain information for inclusion in the Parliamentary Guide. The questionnaires include information on each individual's family members, such as name, age, and marital status. Series also includes correspondence between the Archivist of Ontario and the individuals asked to complete the questionnaires.
